I always order a malt and receive a shake. I rarely get the flavor I ordered, and frequently get the wrong size as well. I've sent the item back for proper replacement every time and half the time even then it comes back wrong. This is an ongoing problem over the last 2 years. I've spoken with the manager and he agrees it's ridiculous. I have seen no improvement.
UPDATE 6 mo later: my wife didn't receive her order for 10+ min. The manager on duty apologized and hurriedly reproduced the order fresh and gave a few coupons as well as gave her the order free. That's nice.
UPDATE 1 week after previous: family wanted to go here. Someone ordered a chocolate malt (I said "GOOD LUCK!"). Guess what he got... a shake. At least they're consistent.December 11, 2016
